Hello, We’re Siverno — The Website Service That Handles Everything

Meet Siverno: the fully managed website service that designs, writes, hosts and looks after professional websites for UK small businesses.

Hello, We’re Siverno

It started with a question that wouldn't go away

Talk to enough small business owners about their websites and you hear the same story on repeat. Someone paid £3,000 for a site four years ago. It looked lovely at launch. Then the designer moved on, the plugins went stale, the "contact us" form quietly stopped working sometime last spring, and nobody knows the hosting password. The website — the thing that was supposed to bring in customers — became one more job on a list that was already too long.

Meanwhile, the same business owner leases a van, subscribes to accounting software and pays monthly for a card reader — and not one of those things has ever asked them to install a security patch. So the question that wouldn't go away was simple: why is a website the only business tool you're still expected to buy outright and maintain yourself?

We couldn't find a good answer. So we built Siverno.

What we actually do

We build and run professional websites for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK — and you rent them, for one flat monthly fee, with nothing to pay upfront.

That fee genuinely covers the lot: the design, the words (we write them — you just tell us about your business), fast and secure hosting, your email, and ongoing support from actual humans in the UK. When your prices change or you want a new photo up, you tell us and it gets done. Most sites are live within a week of saying hello.

No project quotes. No surprise invoices. No "that'll be extra". And no technology decisions — you will never have to form an opinion about hosting.

Who it's for

The plumber whose website is a Facebook page. The salon owner whose site looks great on the desktop computer it was built on and broken on every phone since. The consultant who's been "meaning to sort the website out" for three years. The builder who paid good money for a site in 2021 and hasn't been able to change a word of it since.

In short: people who are excellent at their trade and have precisely zero interest in becoming part-time webmasters. That's not a weakness — it's a sensible division of labour. You fix boilers; we fix websites.

Why it matters for getting found on Google

Here's the part that surprises people: the technical things Google rewards — fast loading, mobile-friendly design, security, fresh content, proper page titles — are exactly the things that decay first on a bought-and-forgotten website. A rented site never gets the chance to decay, because keeping it fast, secure and up to date is literally what we're paid for every month. Better search results aren't a bolt-on extra; they're a side effect of the model.

What we believe (the short version)

A website should earn its keep, every month, or you shouldn't be paying for it — which is why you can leave us if we stop being useful, and why your domain name always stays yours. Plain English beats jargon, in our contracts and on your website. And small businesses deserve the same quality of web presence as the big firms, without the big-firm invoice.

What happens next

On this blog we'll share honest, practical advice about websites, Google and winning customers online — the same plain-English answers we give our own clients, free for anyone to use. No fluff, no scaremongering, no 3,000-word posts that should have been three sentences.

And if you're reading this thinking "that's me" about any paragraph above — have a look at our plans, or just say hello and tell us about your business. The kettle's on.
