Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Siverno collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or contact us about website design, development, hosting, support or related digital services.
Who we are
Siverno is a service of iCRAYO, operated by Gabor Kalauz, a sole trader established in England. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Gabor Kalauz, trading as iCRAYO, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

Personal information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, selected package, message content, IP address and browser or device information. If you become a customer, we also process billing details, account records and communication history needed to deliver the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes or service information, deliver and manage services, take payments, manage client communication, improve our website, and protect the security of our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.
Lawful basis for processing
We process personal data on the following bases:
- Steps before a contract and performance of a contract — responding to your enquiry, providing quotes and delivering services you have ordered;
- Legitimate interests — managing business enquiries, keeping basic records of communication, securing our website, and measuring website performance;
- Consent — optional analytics and marketing cookies (see our Cookie Policy); you can withdraw consent at any time;
- Legal obligation — keeping accounting and tax records required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not become a client relationship are normally deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for the duration of the service and then for as long as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes (normally up to 6 years).
Sharing information
We share limited personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and deliver services, including:
- Payment processing: Stripe (card payments and recurring billing);
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers used to run this website and customer services;
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — only where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies;
- Email and productivity providers used for business communication.
These providers may only handle information securely and for the purposes we instruct. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Google, Meta and Stripe) may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by legal safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the ICO-approved International Data Transfer Agreement / standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have rights to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@siverno.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls. However, no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses necessary cookies and, only where you consent, optional analytics and marketing tools (currently Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel). Please read our Cookie Policy for details and how to manage your choices.
Privacy-first visitor statistics
In addition to consent-based analytics, this website records simple, privacy-friendly visitor statistics such as page views, popular pages, referrer domains, broad device type and approximate daily visitor counts. Raw IP addresses are not stored. A temporary daily hash may be created from technical request information so that repeat visits can be estimated without identifying an individual person across multiple days or websites. These statistics are used only to understand general website performance and are not used for advertising profiling or cross-site tracking.
Regional analytics
When the website host provides a country-level request header, the website may store a two-letter country code to show aggregated regional activity. This is used only for high-level statistics and does not store exact location, address or raw IP information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Chat and contact transcripts
When you contact us through a website chat assistant, the details you submit and a copy of the relevant chat conversation may be securely forwarded into the website's contact enquiry system. This helps us understand your question, respond to your enquiry, keep a record of the request and improve support quality. Chat transcripts may include the messages exchanged with the assistant, timestamps and technical context about whether the assistant used fallback responses.
