About 20 minutes. We’ll ask about your business, your customers and what you want the site to do. Photos help if you have them – if not, we’ll sort that too.

Q: Is there a minimum contract?

No. It’s a simple monthly agreement – stay because the service is good, not because a contract says so.

Q: How much does a website cost per month?

With us it is one fee: £49, £79 or £180 a month depending on the package. That covers design, professional copywriting, hosting, your domain, business email, maintenance, updates and UK support. There is no setup fee, no upfront cost and no surprise invoices.

Can I buy the website outright?

Yes. You can request a buyout at any time, including during the 90-day restoration period. Once the agreed purchase price and any outstanding amounts have been paid, we will provide the transferable website files and database, together with reasonable handover support. Some third-party licences or services may need to be replaced in your own name.

How much does a website cost per month?

What happens to my business email if I cancel?

If business email is included in your package, it ends when the service ends unless we agree a separate arrangement. Before cancellation takes effect, we can help you transfer or export your email where technically possible. You are responsible for arranging a replacement email service and saving any messages you need.

What's included in the monthly fee?

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and the managed website is then unpublished.
We keep a private restoration copy of the latest version for 90 days. If you restart within that period, we can restore the website from the saved version on a current Siverno package. After 90 days, the stored version may be permanently deleted and a future restart may require a new build.

Who owns the domain, content and website?

Your domain name and the business-specific content on the website — including copy written for you and images you own — are yours to keep and reuse.
The monthly plan gives you the right to use the Siverno-managed website while the service is active. It does not transfer the website build itself, including its design, layout, code or technical setup.
If the service ends, we can provide a copy or export of your portable content and reasonable help transferring the domain.
